Andrea Hartley is dedicated to attending to all the details of listing and selling of your home so that Teresa can more actively spend her time locating buyers for your home, from entering the property into the MLS to keeping in continuous contact with you through to the closing of your home. Andrea is professional and makes certain that your home is managed with great attention to all areas of the process.  She actively seeks feedback from other agents who show your home and will give you regular reports about the showings of your home.  Through Andrea, you remain in constant communication with Teresa even while she is busy promoting your home to buyers.  She uses her knowledge and experience to assist the team so that our clients receive the highest level of personal service and to ensure they become clients for life!

Mortgage Financing & Loan Processing:

Cara Savage is our Mortgage Broker. She has built her business on honesty, professionalism, and dedication to delivering mortgage solutions that meet her clients' needs.  She pre-approves all potential buyers to ensure that only qualified candidates view your home.  She has access to over 50 of Canada's leading lenders, so financing of your property is never a problem.  Her extensive background in Real Estate Sales & Mortgage Financing provides an aggressive approach to any finance question you may have.  She will compile all the necessary documentation for the investor.  This includes information from the Agents, Title Company, Appraisal, and the borrower.  She coordinates the loan approval, loan documents, and loan closing with the investor and the escrow company in a timely manner.
